How to get to Kaan'ah? Kaan'Ah is located in a tourist area of Mazatlan known as "The Stone Island". The town offers you two options to enjoy your visit: by boat/panga or by land by car. Below we explain how to get there using these two options: The first is by boat/panga. To get to the stone island there are two boats that offer this service: a) Crom Pier. Between Hilario Rodriguez Malpica Avenue and Emilio Barragan Avenue, between Baja Ferries and La Puntilla restaurant. b) Main pier. Located on Av. Emilio Barragan, next to the Isla de la Piedra fish market. Once you are in either of the two options, the approximate duration to cross is 15 to 20 minutes; once you arrive at the stone island, you can take a taxi that will take you to our destination, which will take approximately 5-8 minutes. The second option is by car, on the 15 kilometer highway with exit to the Mazatlán airport, once close to the airport, take a detour named "Isla de la piedra" with an approximate duration of 30 minutes to our destination. Building Rules We provide you with some general building rules to improve your stay We are not a hotel service. If you have any questions regarding our services or facilities, please contact us using our provided contact numbers. Check-in: 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Arrivals after 7:00 PM require full payment of the reservation and submission of a valid government-issued ID in order to coordinate access and key delivery. Check-out: Please return the key before 12:00 PM to avoid additional charges. Pool access is available until 3:00 PM. After this time, a day pass fee will apply, allowing pool use until 7:00 PM. Visitors: Any visitor wishing to use the pool or restrooms will incur an additional fee. Pets: Pets are not allowed inside the apartments. They are only permitted in the terrace area. Smoking and substances: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartments and may result in a fine of approximately $2,000 MXN. The use of illicit substances is not permitted. Quiet environment: Our property is intended for rest and relaxation. Loud speakers and musical groups are not allowed within the complex. Reservations: An advance reservation is required. Arrivals without a reservation may experience a 1 to 3 hour waiting time, subject to availability. Occupancy: The number of guests must match the reservation. Additional guests may be charged $500 MXN per person per night or may require booking an additional apartment. Care of the apartment: At check-out, please dispose of trash and turn off all appliances. Any damage or loss will result in additional charges. Processing and analysis of reservation requests; administration; billing and collection activities; handling of inquiries; delivery, investigation, and invoicing of charges related to reservations; creation of consumption profiles; and enrollment in loyalty programs. Promotion and sale of other services or products, including reservation processing, outsourcing services with suppliers, as well as invoicing, delivery, and collection. Creation and implementation of analytical and statistical processes related to the SERVICES. Any complementary or auxiliary activities related to the SERVICES. Conducting inquiries, investigations, and reviews regarding complaints and/or claims. Contacting you regarding any matter related to the SERVICES. 3. PERSONAL DATA KAAN’AH will collect from you the information (Personal Data) necessary for the proper provision of the SERVICES, either (i) directly and/or (ii) through its agents, promoters, commission agents, or business partners. Such Personal Data may include, but is not limited to: Identification Data: Full name; address; marital status; gender; age; place and date of birth; home phone; mobile phone; handwritten or digital signature; corporate name; Federal Taxpayer Registry (RFC); Unique Population Registry Code (CURP); email address; reservation and/or stay dates.
