Check-in: 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Arrivals after 7:00 PM require full payment of the reservation and submission of a valid government-issued ID in order to coordinate access and key delivery.

Check-out: Please return the key before 12:00 PM to avoid additional charges. Pool access is available until 3:00 PM. After this time, a day pass fee will apply, allowing pool use until 7:00 PM.

Visitors: Any visitor wishing to use the pool or restrooms will incur an additional fee.

Pets: Pets are not allowed inside the apartments. They are only permitted in the terrace area.

Smoking and substances: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartments and may result in a fine of approximately $2,000 MXN. The use of illicit substances is not permitted.

Quiet environment: Our property is intended for rest and relaxation. Loud speakers and musical groups are not allowed within the complex.

Reservations: An advance reservation is required. Arrivals without a reservation may experience a 1 to 3 hour waiting time, subject to availability.

Occupancy: The number of guests must match the reservation. Additional guests may be charged $500 MXN per person per night or may require booking an additional apartment.

Care of the apartment: At check-out, please dispose of trash and turn off all appliances. Any damage or loss will result in additional charges.
