What are the house rules?

Dear customer, thank you for your question, we appreciate your interest in having a better stay.Below we send some of the general rules of the building, we also inform you that upon your arrival the internal regulations that must be respected during your stay will be signed.Check-in time: 3PM, Check-out time 12:00 noon. Exceeding the check-out time has an additional cost.Our space is a healthy place for peace and relaxation. The use of loud speakers that affect the peace of other guests or the entry of musical groups into the establishment is not permitted. The use of speakers is permitted at a moderate volume from 10 AM to 7 PM.No events allowedSmoking is not permitted inside the apartments and in the pool area. What are the entry and exit times?

Check-in: Key collection takes place from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM . Arrivals after 7:00 PM require full payment of the reservation before check-in and sending a valid government-issued photo ID to our WhatsApp number (669) 213 9491 so that the night security guard can grant access. Otherwise, your key cannot be collected.Check-out: Check-out is before 12:00 PM , but don't worry, you can continue enjoying the pool until 3:00 PM after returning the keys!

Included amenities are access to the pool, lounge chairs, umbrellas on the terrace, a pergola area, a ramada area, an outdoor grill, restrooms, a beach shower, a washer and dryer on the second floor, parking (one space per apartment), 24-hour staff, 24-hour security cameras, and Wi-Fi within the apartments. Please note that we are located in a rural area, so Wi-Fi signal may be unstable in some areas.

What should I know about cancellation policies?

Security Deposit: A security deposit is required to confirm any booking. Once the security deposit has been made, there are no refunds for cancellations , regardless of the type of stay (short, long, or group).Early cancellations with date changes. In certain cases, the stay can be rescheduled , validating the security deposit, under the following conditions:General conditions for changing the date:The date change can only be made once (1) .If the guest requests a second change, they will automatically lose their reservation and security deposit .The new date must be scheduled within the same calendar year as the original reservation .The new reservation is subject to availability.There may be an adjustment to the rate according to the new dates selected.There is no refund of the deposit or any difference in rate.Date changes are not permitted during peak season . In case of cancellation during peak season, the security deposit will be forfeited.Long stays (15 days or more) If the cancellation is made 15 days or more before the arrival date, the guest may request a change of date in accordance with the general conditions mentioned above.Short Stays If the cancellation is made 7 days or more before the arrival date, the guest may request a change of date in accordance with the general conditions mentioned above.Definition of peak season:Holy Week and Easter WeekSummer holidays (July and August)Bridges and official holidays in MexicoWinter holidays (November to February)Special events, conferences or high-demand local festivalsThe administration reserves the right to determine other dates as peak season when there is high demand.

We cannot provide an apartment without a reservation made at least 24 hours in advance, as we require guest information such as a signed contract, inventory confirmation, and valid government-issued photo ID.
