In case you were wondering

Is it hotel service?

Kaan'ah apartments is not an hotel.; It's vacational rent service. We offer accommodation service from 1 night to 180 nights.. Upon arrival, valid ID is requested, a contract sign and inventory contract sign to allow access to your apartment reservation. We don't offer hotel service like change of towels, daily amenities or cleaning the apartment every day; however, if you want any of these services, we can offered with an additional cost

What services are included when renting the apartment?

For both short and long stays you can use the external facilities such as:

- use of the pool from 10 AM to 10 PM, ramada area, use of the grill (subject to availability), use of furniture in the pool area, use of an outdoor shower in the beach area, right to one parking space per apartment, use of a washer and dryer located on the second floor (detergent not included).

Within the departments we include utensils such as:
- Full kitchen which includes: microwave, mini-fridge, electric grill, wall hood, dish drainer, sink, dish soap dispenser, dish sponge, kitchenware, set of dishes (plates and glasses), cutlery, knife, chopping board, toaster, coffee maker and blender. Iron for clothes, cleaning set (broom, mop, bucket and dustpan, television, air conditioning, linens (blanket, sheet set, duvet, pillows, bath towels, bath mat, hand towel, pool towel), hand soap dispenser.

- Water service, electricity service, Wi-Fi service, security guard service.

Can I arrive without a booking?

As this is a vacation rental service, it is recommended that you make your reservation 1 day in advance for better service during your check-in. If you arrive without a reservation, the reception area will check availability; if there is availability, the available apartments will be offered to you. Once you have chosen the apartment of your preference, you are asked to wait at least 30 minutes to 1 hour for your apartment to be delivered.

Our lobby service hours in the building are Monday through Friday from 11 AM to 7 PM and Saturday and Sunday from 8 AM to 6 PM. If you arrive without a reservation after or before these times, the procedure to deliver your apartment will be through WhatsApp where you will be asked to send an official identification and general information for your online registration and payment is accepted only by bank transfer or pay online. Once your information has been sent and payment authorized, the staff on duty will give you the key to the reserved apartment; this last option is only applicable for short-stay reservations.

Reservations for long stays require a period of advance notice to make your reservation.

Can I bring food and drinks?

As these are vacation rentals, food and drinks are allowed inside the apartment and facilities

Can visitors enter?

Visitors are allowed inside the apartment. People who wish to use the pool have an additional cost of $200 MXN for adults and $100 MXN for minors.

Guests wishing to bring visitors please inform reception. Visitors wishing to use the pool have an additional cost.

May I smoke?

The apartments have smoking areas where smoking is allowed. In the external facilities the use of cigarettes is allowed as long as the wind direction does not disturb other clients. SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED in the pool area and inside the apartments. If you leave the smell of cigarettes inside your apartment there is an additional fine of approximately $2000MXN.

The use of illicit substances is prohibited.

Do the apartments have Wi-Fi?

Yes, each department has its own network and password to use the Wi-Fi.

Can I play music or hire a musical group?

The apartment building is a private place for peace and relaxation. The use of speakers is permitted on the premises from 12PM to 7PM at moderate volume. VOLUME THAT AFFECTS THE TRANQUILITY OF CUSTOMERS IS NOT ALLOWED.

Musical groups are only allowed in our beachfront area from 12PM to 6PM. Groups are not allowed in the building's facilities.

Do you have hot water service?

We have hot water in the bathroom area inside the apartment; we do not have hot water service in the kitchen area.
