2. SERVICES PROVIDED BY KAAN’AH (THE “SERVICES”)
For purposes of this Privacy Notice, the SERVICES include, but are not limited to, the following activities carried out by KAAN’AH, either directly or through its agents, promoters, commission agents, or business partners:

Rental of ocean-view apartments on a daily, weekly, monthly, or annual basis.

Processing and analysis of reservation requests; administration; billing and collection activities; handling of inquiries; delivery, investigation, and invoicing of charges related to reservations; creation of consumption profiles; and enrollment in loyalty programs.

Promotion and sale of other services or products, including reservation processing, outsourcing services with suppliers, as well as invoicing, delivery, and collection.

Creation and implementation of analytical and statistical processes related to the SERVICES.

Any complementary or auxiliary activities related to the SERVICES.

Conducting inquiries, investigations, and reviews regarding complaints and/or claims.

Contacting you regarding any matter related to the SERVICES.
3. PERSONAL DATA
KAAN’AH will collect from you the information (Personal Data) necessary for the proper provision of the SERVICES, either (i) directly and/or (ii) through its agents, promoters, commission agents, or business partners. Such Personal Data may include, but is not limited to:
Identification Data: Full name; address; marital status; gender; age; place and date of birth; home phone; mobile phone; handwritten or digital signature; corporate name; Federal Taxpayer Registry (RFC); Unique Population Registry Code (CURP); email address; reservation and/or stay dates.
Employment Data: Occupation; position; department; work address; phone; work email; employment references.
Financial Data: Bank card number; expiration date and security code; income level and occupation.

4. PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING
The Personal Data you provide will be used for the provision of the SERVICES.
5. DATA TRANSFER
By accepting this Privacy Notice, you expressly authorize KAAN’AH to transfer your Personal Data, to the extent it deems necessary for the provision of the SERVICES, within and even outside the United Mexican States.
KAAN’AH undertakes to use its best efforts to ensure compliance with all legal principles regarding the protection of your Personal Data in connection with such transfers. Likewise, KAAN’AH commits to ensuring that its business partners and third parties respect the terms of this Privacy Notice at all times.
By accepting this Privacy Notice, you expressly authorize KAAN’AH to transfer your Personal Data to:

Companies that are part of KAAN’AH’s corporate group, including subsidiaries and affiliates.

Loyalty program administrators associated with the SERVICES.

Business partners operating jointly with KAAN’AH any software and/or IT infrastructure used as a platform for the SERVICES.

6. MEANS TO EXERCISE ARCO RIGHTS
In accordance with applicable law, you or your duly authorized legal representative may exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition (ARCO Rights):

KAAN’AH will respond within 20 business days, with implementation (if applicable) within 15 additional business days.

Access to Personal Data will be free of charge, except for justified reproduction or delivery costs.
7. DATA RETENTION PERIOD
Your Personal Data will be retained for as long as the legal relationship remains in effect and until its satisfactory conclusion, unless you request deletion or revoke your consent. Retention will be limited to the minimum necessary period and, once no longer required, data will be securely blocked and subsequently deleted in accordance with legal requirements.
